Upon joining Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), I began my journey within the Design Thinking – DTS & COE department, engaging in a variety of initiatives including:

Developing a comprehensive case study of "Informs," an internal tool within TCS designed to optimize internal communication processes.

Crafting "The Design Thinking StartUp Kit," a resource tailored for all TCS projects to facilitate the application of design thinking methodologies, thereby enhancing efficiency, accelerating project timelines, and reducing reliance on dedicated designers.

Conducting Design Thinking master classes, wherein I led workshops aimed at familiarizing TCS associates with the significance of design thinking across projects, guiding them in practicing design thinking principles, and equipping them with essential design thinking tools.
